Brut nature: practical experiences of a farmer from SW France

Watch this video of a fantastic farmer, who combines holistic grazing management, sylvo-pastoralism, a sweet milpa system for maize, and clever ways of growing vegetables, with an over-riding desire to improve soil health, capture soil carbon and promote biodiversity. This enterprising farmer sees a need for a change of agricultural practices.

Yes, it’ s in the French language but the sub-titles are succinct. Nor is it in the topics –  although the principles apply widely.
