Early history of TAAI – are we missing an important anniversary?

The Executive Committee is trying to find out about the early history of the TAA, since its evolution from the old ICTA association. We believe that TAAI was formalised in the late 1970s. Certainly it was registered as a Charity in 1989. We have appointed a History Committee headed by Jim Watson and supported by David Betts, Roger Smith, Harry Franks and Elizabeth. Jim will present the findings of the committee at this years AGM and the text will be included in the Spring ag4dev. Meanwhile, we have posted some historical anecdotes under the REFLECTIONS pages on the website, which serve to whet the historical appetites. http://.
