TAAI Represented on Plant Sciences, Royal Society of Biology

TAAI has ‘Organisational Membership’ of the Royal Society of Biology  (RSB), which provides access by members to a wide range of events and networking links, including an RSB special interest group, the ‘UK Plant Sciences Federation’. This includes crop sciences among its aims.

You can read more on the Plant Science website, the on-line home of the UKPSF.

The aims of the UKPSF are to:

  • Promote the importance of plant science for societal benefit.
  • Provide a forum for discussion, debate and information exchange that is independent and inclusive across the breadth of plant science.
  • Provide a focus and contact point for UK plant and crop science.

We are delighted to announce that one of our members, Andy Ward, recently has agreed to act as TAAI representative on the Advisory Board of the UKPSF. Andy works with Croplife International in Brussels, whose motto is Representing The Plant Science Industry.

TAAI members can post details of TAAI meetings on the Plant Science events page by registering as a user and can also sign up for the monthly news bulletin.
